Franchi Evolves the Affinity Platform with New 2026 Models

Affinity 1

15 new models built on the next-generation Inertia Driven® platform with refined ergonomics and field-focused upgrades.

January 2026, Accokeek, MD – After debuting the next generation Affinity 3 and Affinity 3.5 in 2025 – the platform’s first major evolution in more than a decade – Franchi builds on that momentum for 2026 with the introduction of 15 new models across both lineups, offering hunters expanded options to make the Affinity their own.

Within the Franchi family, the Affinity is a true do-it-all Inertia Driven® semi-auto—trusted for its proven reliability, clean operation, and the kind of field performance that holds up across seasons. Paired with Franchi’s signature craftsmanship and Italian design influence, the updated Affinity lineup brings together tradition, function, and modern refinement in one familiar platform.

The latest Affinity shotguns feature an all-new stock design that highlights Franchi’s Italian artistry while delivering meaningful ergonomic improvements. A slimmer forend with enhanced checkering provides a more secure grip and faster, more responsive swings, while grip checkering is positioned higher and farther back to improve control in real-world shooting conditions.

Beyond feel and handling, the next-generation Affinity models introduce several functional upgrades aimed squarely at life in the field. A two-piece shell latch delivers smoother, faster loading, while a new length-of-pull adjustable recoil pad reduces perceived recoil by up to 50 percent. A redesigned magazine cap and an enlarged, higher-traction bolt release make operation easier—especially when gloves are on. That same cold-weather mindset carries through to the expanded trigger guard, offering more room for confident trigger access during early mornings in the blind.

For 2026, the expanded Affinity lineup includes the following models:

  • Affinity 3 Compact Synthetic 20-ga., 24-in. barrel
  • Affinity 3 Compact Realtree MAX-7 20-ga., 26-in. barrel
  • Affinity 3 Compact Mossy Oak Bottomland 20-ga., 26-in. barrel

LandTrust and Turkeys For Tomorrow Announce Partnership to Support Wild Turkey Recovery on Private Lands

Turkeys

Turkeys for Tomorrow (TFT) and LandTrust are excited to announce a new partnership. Both are invested in science-led conservation dedicated to the recovery and long-term sustainability of wild turkey populations across the United States.

At the core of the partnership is a simple, direct commitment: every turkey hunt booked on LandTrust generates a $10 conservation contribution to TFT, with 100% of those funds supporting TFT’s research, habitat, and private-land-focused conservation work.

The partnership brings together two organizations aligned around a shared belief: the future of wild turkeys depends on strong private land stewardship and productive collaboration between hunters and landowners. With more than 87% of land in the eastern United States privately owned, both organizations see private lands as the most important — and most overlooked — lever for turkey recovery at scale.

“Wild turkey conservation doesn’t happen in a vacuum, and it doesn’t stop at public land boundaries,” said Nic De Castro, Founder and CEO of LandTrust. “TFT is turkey-first, science-led, and deeply focused on private landowners. That mission alignment made this partnership an easy decision. Every time a hunter books a turkey hunt on LandTrust, they’re directly funding the science and on-the-ground work needed to grow turkey populations.”

Turning Access Into Conservation Impact

LandTrust unlocks high-quality, hard-to-find turkey hunting opportunities on private land, giving hunters legitimate access while allowing landowners to host responsibly and retain control of their property. Each turkey booking includes a $10 conservation fee, which is passed through directly to TFT.

With listings spanning 40-plus states and approximately 1.5 million acres of private land, LandTrust provides access to the full spectrum of North American wild turkey hunting opportunities. This includes Eastern, Osceola, Rio Grande, and Merriam’s turkeys across the United States, as well as Gould’s turkey hunts on select private properties in Mexico, excluding only the Oscellated turkey.

Those conservation funds provide TFT with a reliable, repeatable funding stream to support wild turkey research, private landowner cooperatives, habitat improvement, predator management, and data-driven decision-making — especially in regions where state agencies lack the resources to collect localized, real-time information.

“Our focus is on outcomes, not optics,” said TFT CEO Jason Lupardus. “Private landowners are on the landscape every day, and they are essential to understanding what’s really happening with turkey populations. This partnership helps fund the science and boots-on-the-ground work that actually leads to more turkeys.”

A Science-First, Private-Land-Centered Model

Founded nearly five years ago, TFT has emerged as one of the fastest-growing wild turkey conservation organizations in the country. TFT distinguishes itself by directing 40-60% of its funding into wild turkey research, with a strong emphasis on private land stewardship and cooperative management across neighboring properties.

“Turkey recovery requires coordination across property lines,” Lupardus said. “By pairing responsible hunting access with conservation funding, this partnership helps align landowners, hunters, and researchers around the same goal.”

Expanding Reach Through the Turkey Hunting Community

In addition to conservation funding, the partnership will include collaborative outreach to TFT’s national membership and broader turkey hunting audience. This includes educational content, seasonal campaigns, and joint fundraising initiatives. Select turkey hunts hosted on LandTrust will also serve as sweepstakes prizes to further support TFT’s conservation mission.

“Turkey hunters care deeply about the resource,” said De Castro. “This partnership makes the connection clear: book a hunt, support private landowners, and directly fund the work required to ensure strong turkey populations for future generations.”

Looking Ahead

LandTrust and TFT plan to expand the partnership through the 2026 spring turkey season, with continued focus on private land engagement, research-backed management practices, and scalable conservation funding tied directly to hunter participation.

“At the end of the day, we both want the same thing,” De Castro added. “More wild turkeys, healthier private lands, and a future where hunters and landowners are true partners in conservation.”

About LandTrust

LandTrust is a land-sharing marketplace headquartered in Fairhope, Alabama, connecting landowners with outdoor enthusiasts seeking access for hunting, fishing, camping, and other outdoor experiences. LandTrust has approximately 1.5 million acres of private land listed across 40-plus states and provides access to Eastern, Osceola, Rio Grande, and Merriam’s turkeys across the United States, along with Gould’s turkey hunts on select private properties in Mexico, excluding only the Ocellated turkey. By enabling responsible, paid access to private land, LandTrust helps landowners generate income while supporting conservation and sustainable land stewardship nationwide.

Support TFT

Wild turkey populations are on the decline throughout the nation. Established in 2021, TFT is new to the landscape, but it’s driven by highly trained professionals with decades of conservation experience. To support TFT, and the complete body of wild turkey research and conservation it’s leading, become a member today. An Adult Annual Membership is $50, multi-year Team Turkey Membership is $250, and Life Membership is $2,500. Every dollar counts in the fight for wild turkey preservation.
